We use a custom, homemade sourdough starter for all our sourdough products

All items are made 100% from scratch using as much organic product as possible.

Some items, such as our chocolate chips, are not organic but soy and lecithin free. 

While the issues with soy are well known, most are not aware of the effects of lecithin on your digestive system.

Specifically it inhibits your bodies absorption of both fatty acids and bile, impeding your bodies functions.

For that reason and others we keep our baked goods completely lecithin free. 

The organic label is something you pay for, but it doesn't always mean it's the best. We go above and beyond, not the minimum for an easily exploitable label.
